• UK, Switzerland, and Norway

• Delivery Time:

  • EU & UK: 3–10 business days

  • Other Europe: 5–12 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received tracking details after 48 hours, contact us at support@sohocv.com.

Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• We do not accept returns of used or opened cosmetic products for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

2. We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Provide photos of the item and packaging.

• We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations & Changes

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement.

• After this window, orders are processed and shipped automatically.
